Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes — every quote is free and itemized. Send photos and your address through the quote form, or call or text (304) 261-2623, and most quotes go out within one business day.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Berkeley County, WV and serve the Eastern Panhandle — Martinsburg, Inwood, Hedgesville, Charles Town, Shepherdstown and surrounding towns — plus Hagerstown MD and Winchester VA, with no travel charges inside our service area.

What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses water force and is right for concrete, brick and stone. Soft washing uses professional cleaning solutions at very low pressure and is the safe method for siding, roofs, decks and anything painted or delicate. We use both, matched to each surface.

Is your cleaning process safe for plants and pets?

Yes. We pre-rinse and post-rinse landscaping, control where solutions go, and ask that pets stay inside while we work. Once we’ve rinsed, everything is back to normal.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — as long as we can reach water and the work areas. We text progress photos during the job, so you can see the transformation even if you’re away.

Do I need to supply water or power?

We use your outdoor spigot for water on most jobs. If your property has no working spigot, mention it when you request your quote and we’ll plan accordingly.

How far in advance should I book?

Spring and fall book up fastest. A week or two of lead time is typical, though we can often fit smaller jobs in sooner — and HOA-letter emergencies get fast-tracked.

Do you clean roofs with high pressure?

Never. Asphalt shingles should only be soft washed — we apply our cleaning mix at a maximum of 50 PSI, which removes algae and moss without stripping granules or voiding warranties.

Can you remove oil stains from concrete?

Most oil staining improves dramatically or disappears with degreasing and hot-spot treatment. Very old, deep-set stains can leave a faint shadow — we’ll tell you what to expect up front.

How often should I have my house washed?

Every 12–24 months for most Panhandle homes. Shaded or tree-lined properties grow algae faster and often benefit from annual washing.

Do you work with HOAs and property managers?

Yes — from individual HOA-compliance washes to recurring common-area maintenance, with photo documentation and invoicing the way your office needs it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Ask when you book — we’ll make payment easy. Commercial accounts can be invoiced.
